Master Ba Salim confirms the compatibility of the Service(s) with his hosting platform after thorough control and validation.

Master Ba Salim will assume sole responsibility for any expenses related to the installation and compliance of the Service(s).

Master Ba Salim takes great care to meet the professional standards of psychic practices; however, no guarantee can be made that responses will be free from errors or outdated references.

Master Ba Salim cannot be held responsible for the selection of services or the adequacy of responses to the objectives that the User seeks to achieve.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Ba Salim shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, client loss, data loss, or other intangible losses, arising from use or inability to access the service, even if Master Ba Salim has been informed of potential damages.

Master Ba Salim shall not be held liable following any third-party action or recourse, provided he was unaware of any illicit activity or information. As soon as informed, he promptly acted to remove or block access to such information, especially if :

• Information, images, sounds, texts, videos that contravene applicable laws are published or disseminated by the User.

• Intellectual property rights are violated by reproductions or broadcasts on User sites without express permission from the author.

• Account suspension or termination due to unpaid amounts, or other breaches of User obligations outlined herein.

• The User shall indemnify Master Ba Salim against any liability as long as Master Ba Salim had no prior knowledge of the illegal activity or information, or acted promptly to remove or block it once informed.

The service may be modified at Master Ba Salim's discretion. Users will be informed of modifications in accordance with the established procedure. In the event of a price change, the User may cancel the service before the new terms take effect without entitlement to compensation.

Master Ba Salim may suspend or terminate the service without prior notice if significant misconduct or breach of service is detected, or if urgent action is required to halt prohibited activities. Should severe violations occur, Master Ba Salim may immediately suspend part or all of the service without prior notice.
